Wedding Guest Table Plan

Your wedding guest table plan is a list of names of all your guests and where they are seated for your wedding meal. This will be designed to co-ordinate with the rest of your wedding stationery. This is the final piece of design work that all wedding couples have to sort out. It can also be the most annoying. (keeping it real) Trying to sort people to each table might seem like an easy task until you actually sit down and try do it. Some tables since covid will only allow 6 to a table but some places are allowing 10. The sooner any wedding couple get back all there RSVP’s the quicker this can be sorted.

When designed  your table plan will come as either two options:

1. One large sheet slightly bigger than A3 size when printed or
2. Smaller rectangular cards, one card to represent each table.

The style of table plan will be decided when the overall design work for your invitations etc is finalised this way we know what will look the best with your over design for your day.

Please note that this design if printed on a large sheet it will come flat and rolled in a tube so that it is ready to be mounted to a mirror or a large backing board or if it comes in 13 individual cards one to represent for each table you will also need a mirror or backing board or display them. Please check with your wedding reception as they might have options available that you can use on the day or you might have your own idea that you might want to create.

We recommend to all wedding couples to try and have this fully done & dusted at least 3 weeks before your wedding date so that you have everything ready to go on the day and it also gives us the time to make sure it is designed, printed and delivered to you on time.
