What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders on our shop include FREE post within Ireland. Some products on our website come with An Post tracking. This tracking number will be sent to you in an email once your order is made and ready to be shipped.

Postal charges orders outside of Ireland vary depending on location. You can pop us an email at design.ak@yahoo.com if you need further assistance on this query.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Here at AK Designs we accept payment on our website using either PayPal or bank card via a secure system called stripe.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order is completed and ready for posting. The delivery can take up to 5 working days depending on your location. Please bare in mind that this timeframe can take longer at busy times of the year such as Christmas or any other popular special occasions throughout the year.

Is your website easy to use?

Our number one priority is customer service and therefore when creating a website we wanted something that is very user friendly.  We want to make your shopping with us an enjoyable experience therefore we have grouped all our products into their desired category which makes it easy of the user to shop for what they need, a wedding gift, a birthday gift, a baby gift etc etc.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you have completed a purchase with us you will instantly get a confirmation email to say that your order has being received and is in the queue to be processed. The length of time it takes to make an order depends on the item purchased.

Once your order is completed you will receive another email to say that your product is ready for post. If your order qualifies for tracked postage the An Post tracking code will be included in this email also.

Do I receive an receipt for my order?

YES! You will get a receipt via email once you have completed a purchase with us. If this does not appear in your inbox please check your spam folder just incase, If no sign please email us as design.ak@yahoo.com or pop us a message on our social media page with details on what you ordered from us and the date you placed your order and we will look into this for you and will reissue you a new receipt.
