Our Returns Policy
Here are AK Designs I hope you are happy with your purchase or gift.
Because the majority of my work here is personalised to the customers individual needs, refunds will only be accepted in the event of damage while in transit. Should this issue occur the customer must take photos of the broken piece and email them to [email protected] and I also require you to return all broken items in the original packaging to us, once received a full refund will then be issued or an exchange of product if preferred.

Here are AK Designs the standard delivery service in both the republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually 2 – 3 days from completion of your finished order. All products listed on my site include FREE registered delivery with An Post services. Please be aware that extra time will be needed for delivery during bank holidays or busy periods such as Christmas etc.
