After having our own wedding back in August 2021 it was only then when I realised the amount of bits and pieces that needed to be designed and created on the run up to a wedding day.

It was from this that I decided to do a bit of research and create a wedding stationery package on a budget that consists of all these bits and pieces that are required for your big day.

Designing this package makes planning for your wedding easier and more convenient, it is a one stop shop where all your wedding stationery will be designed, printed & packaged. This also means that your wedding stationery will be co-ordinated throughout both your wedding ceremony and wedding reception. Each piece will be designed to suit your chosen wedding colour scheme.

The Package Includes: 

  • Wedding Invitations: This is 120 wedding invitations that are either 148mm x 148mm flat square invitations or A5 size flat invitations (size depends on chosen design). There will be details printed on both back and front of your invites and they come with envelopes.                (A folded card can also be designed at an additional cost)
  • Personalised Stickers: These will be 150 small round stickers with the names or initials of the wedding couple and matching design around the edge. These stickers are often used as a seal on your envelopes before posting your invitations. This is just a nice little added touch to your overall invite. Other previous couples have used these to add to their sweet bags that they created as favours for their wedding guests. The option of how you use these is up to you.
  • Ceremony Leaflet: x120 A4 size card folded into three sections. This does not contain the full mass but it does contain all the necessary details that are needed for your wedding ceremony such as Prayers and Readings etc. If you purchase one of our sample wedding stationery packages that are available on our website it contains a sample leaflet so that you can see it before ordering from us.
  • Large Banner Stand: This can be displayed at your ceremony depending on space but the majority of customers have used this as a welcome sign at their reception area. The stand comes complete with a printed graphic to match your invitations and a carry bag for easy storage. The visible area of the graphic on this stand is 800mm (width) x 2000mm (height).
  • Unity Candles: This consists of two slim candles with the couples name on each candle with a larger candle in the centre. This larger candle will display both your names and your wedding details and will have a design to match your wedding invitations if your invites were designed by me. The unity candles do not come with a stand but your ceremony location might have an appropriate stand for them or you could also check in with your florist.
  • Table Plan: This is a list of names of all your guests and where they are seated for your wedding meal. This will be designed to co-ordinate with the rest of your wedding stationery. This final design will be designed so that it comes as one large sheet slightly bigger than A3 size when printed or smaller rectangular cards, one for each table. Again this will decided when the overall design is finalised so that we know what will look the best for your day. Please note that this design if printed on a large sheet will come flat and rolled in a tube so that it is ready to be mounted to a mirror or large backing board or it will come in 13 individual cards one for each table. Please check with your wedding reception as they might have options available that you can use to display these or you might have your own idea that you want to create. This will be the final stage of your wedding stationery for your big day so this piece of design work will arrive separately from everything else in this wedding package and it will be delivered via an post. We recommend trying to have this fully done & dusted at least 3 weeks before your wedding date so that you have everything ready to go and it also gives us the time to make sure it is designed, printed and delivered to you on time.
  • Table Names: These are A4, A5 or square size cards (depending on final design) which will display the name of your tables. (Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 ) etc and the design will again tie in with your invitations, mass leaflets and welcome wedding sign. This package includes the design for up to 12 Guest tables plus the Top Table. Stands are not includes for the table names so please check with your reception that they have necessary stands to display the table names as required.
  • Personalised Glasses: This package includes up to 8 glasses – 4 champagne glasses for the bride and 3 bridesmaids and 4 small whiskey glasses for the groom and his 3 groomsmen. Each glass with be personalised with the persons name on it.
  • Personalised Hangers: Our package comes with 4 hangers for the bride and up to three bridesmaids. Each hanger will be personalised with their name on it. These small finishing touches look really well on your wedding day for both your wedding photographs or wedding video.
  • Thank You Cards: When booking this package with us we also give couples 25% off the price of their wedding thank you cards which must be ordered within 6 months from their wedding date.

The cost for all of the above for the design process and printing is €1,200 in total. This price also covers postage and packaging with An Post and all orders will come with a postal tracking code.

This package contains everything that a bridal couple needs for their big day. If interested we would highly recommend ordering at least 6 months before your wedding date to ensure all work is completed and posted so that you have it at home ready to go for your wedding day. When placing an order with ourselves, 50% of the cost (€600) must be paid to secure your booking and the remaining 50% is paid when all work (except your table plan) is fully completed and ready for postage. Please note that we only have a certain amount of slots available throughout the year as each order does take time to complete for each bridal couple so please do book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
